I am currently on backpacking trip for 3 months in South Korea. In the mean time this blog of J-Drama quotes might not be updated regularly. I will try my best to complete Buzzer Beat quotes during this 3 months (which I have not watched the final episode yet). Really can’t promise anything sweet for the updates.

Hi everyone,

This blog is pretty silent nowadays. I have just completed the quotes for Tatta Hitotsu no Koi and glad that I can come this far. Up to now I have completed 1 litre of tears, Honey and Clover, Orange Days and Tatta Hitotsu no Koi.

Next : Ace wo Nerae (A tennis player aiming to be professional starring Ueto Aya)

Why? I am always a fan of sports Japanese drama like Moero Attack – the volleyball series. Yeah..I know, japanese sports drama normally is super quirky and over the top but on the other hand they are super-motivating!! ^^

Meanwhile, I might not be able to update it regularly because now I am preparing to travel for 3 months to South Korea from October to December.

Currently I am juggling between my job and updating these blogs:

Japanese language..hmm shall I say, not a very popular choice for language learning unless you are going to work/study/ live  in Japan or even because you have to work in a Japanese company in your country.

Because I am not from the above group, my reasons of learning fall into these:

1) I want to be able to read japanese magazine.

I have always love japanese magazine especially Nonno and AnAn. At times I will just browse through the Japanese section in Kinokuniya and try my hardest to understand what was written inside the article. Let me tell you, learning Japanese is not for the weak heart.

2) I love Glay – Hisashi and Utada Hikaru

My obsession with Glay (You can gauge how old I am..hahaha. I’m from Glay’s era) and Utada Hikaru is pretty wild. There’s a place in Kuala Lumpur called Hiro’s World; they sell numerous item from Japan. My friend Hiromi is the owner and she always without fail give me some items on Glay. Reading to understand their lyrics was my number one priority. Hahaha.

3) I want to go to Japan for backpacking

Yepp…this one I made it through in 2007. Lots of memories. Lots of hardwork before going there but it was worth it!

4) I want to watch Japanese drama/movies/anime without looking at the subtitle.

This one? I am really working hard on it right now..Wish me luck!

5) I want a japanese boyfriend!!

Hahaha..Like Takuya Kimura. Let me change that – 5) I want to be Malaysia’s little ambassador, that’s all I want ^^

Yep…learning japanese is not easy, I strived, grueled, went down to the bottom of the earth with it, I still make mistake, I’m still learning but there’s nothing can stop me from learning it. I just love this language so so much.

I wish good luck for those who want to learn it but before starting, ask yourself WHY, WHAT IS THE REASON YOU WANT TO LEARN JAPANESE?

Once you have the reason, you will move yourself forward.

It took me so long. Very long actually to complete the quotes series for 1 litre of tears. Everyone has been very supportive on this website. Thank you all!!

I am in the midst of compiling all 1 litre of tears wisdom quotes to be put into a printer friendly version. This would help those who don’t want to receive the newsletter and can print it one time basis.

You may use this and stick it anywhere, to give you courage, motivation, drive..whatever you may call ‘IT’ to push you forward in life or in fact anything that you aim for. ^^.

Enough said..do support the drama by purchasing the original set. You may be able to understand the quotes better and even improve your japanese.
